Edition 2025 — Red Onion Festival
The 11th Autumn Festival and Red Onion of Cavasso Nuovo took place on the first weekend of October 2025, celebrating the Slow Food Presidium red onion and pumpkin with producers' stands, food and wine kiosks, and cultural events.
The 2025 edition, the eleventh in the series, re-presented the formula that combines the promotion of agricultural products, the patronal feast of San Remigio, and village entertainment. Producers' stands and food and wine kiosks highlighted the Slow Food Presidium red onion and pumpkin, while conferences, exhibitions, and shows completed a weekend dedicated to the traditions of Val Cosa.
