Autumn Colors and Flavors

The second edition, November 2025

In November 2025, the historic center of Pignataro Interamna hosted the second edition of Autumn Colors and Flavors, organized by the Pro Loco Interamna Lirenas with the patronage of the Municipality and the Province of Frosinone.

The formula that worked the previous year was confirmed: opening in the late afternoon, a food and wine route through the alleys with seasonal dishes — gnocchetti with sausage and porcini, trofie with mushrooms and truffles, fried food, roasted chestnuts, and homemade desserts — accompanied by local wines. Alongside the culinary offerings, there was a craft market with autumn decorations and handmade items, creative workshops for children, and an autumn dessert competition among the new features introduced that year.

The musical portion maintained its connection to the folk tradition of the Terra di Lavoro, before giving way to dance entertainment in the evening. In this edition as well, admission was free, making it a party designed primarily for families and the local community.
