AstiJazz Festival

The fourth edition of the AstiJazz Festival took place in 2025 with a diverse program spread between May and November in Asti, Piedmont. The festival, organized by the Municipality of Asti with the Fondazione Piemonte dal Vivo and part of the Torino Jazz Festival Piemonte, opened on May 8 at the Teatro Alfieri with the free-entry evening "Aspettando AstiJazz" (I.S.O. Big Band, Espresso Forte, Super Cerot Band). This was followed by concerts at the Sala Pastrone, Palco 19, and the Astense Library courtyard, such as "Kind of Vasco" with Marco Vezzoso, Rossana Casale Quintet with "Almost blue", The Swingers Orchestra and "Chet is Back", leading to the grand finale on November 12 with the Pete Roth Trio feat. Bill Bruford. The edition complemented the concerts with literary meetings and jazz film screenings in collaboration with the Cinecircolo Vertigo.
