Asti Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Asti Carnival represented the grand return of the event to the historic center of Asti. The day opened with the presentation of the Asti Mask Family and the inauguration of an exhibition in Piazza Alfieri dedicated to the city's carnival and its masks, accompanied by the sounds of a local gospel choir.

The heart of the festival was the grand parade at 2:30 PM, which started from Corso Alfieri near the Torre Rossa and concluded in Piazza Alfieri, led by the traditional masks Barberina and Spumantino. From the afternoon onwards, the square came alive with bands, DJ sets, puppet shows, inflatables, and ponies, while the Palio Committee food stalls offered local flavors. Admission was free.
