Edition 2025 — Assunta Festival

The 2025 Assunta Festival celebrated the patron saint of Selva di Progno, Maria SS. Assunta, in mid-August, with a procession, Craft Exhibition, evenings of orchestra and dancing, typical Lessinia gastronomy, and the traditional Firing of the Trombini.

The 2025 edition of the Assunta Festival renewed the mid-August patronal feast in Selva di Progno, dedicated to Maria SS. Assunta. As per tradition, the program intertwined devotional moments – with the procession – and festive ones, including musical evenings, dancing, and food stalls with typical Lessinia dishes.

The Firing of the Trombini, a symbol of the community's link to its Cimbrian roots, was also present, crowning an event deeply felt by residents and holidaymakers.
