The Assumption Festival of Sarego is the great Ferragosto celebration in Sarego, a town in the Berici Hills in the province of Vicenza. It is popularly known as Agosto Seraticense, after the nickname of the inhabitants of Sarego, the Seratici: a name that tells of the pride of a community and the deep bond with this festival that closes the summer.
Where and When
The festival takes place at the Via Valle sports facilities, in Sarego, around August 15th. For several days, the town gathers for shows, food, and music, in one of the most attended events of the Berici summer calendar.

The Agosto Seraticense 2026 returns to Sarego for the Ferragosto celebration. At the Via Valle sports facilities, Pro Loco Sarego offers several days of festivities with a food stand, musical evenings, dancing under the stars, and fireworks to conclude the event. How to get there
Sarego is located on the Berici Hills, in the province of Vicenza. By car: take the Montebello Vicentino or Lonigo (A4) motorway exit, then follow signs for Sarego. The sports facilities are located in Via Valle.
