Edition 2025 — Aspresi Stringozzi Festival

The 43rd edition of the Aspresi Stringozzi Festival took place in Casperia from July 31 to August 3, 2025. Four evenings in the historic center of the Sabina village, featuring food stalls with traditional pasta, grilled meats, and dance evenings with ballroom orchestras, dedicated to tradition and conviviality.

In 2025, the Aspresi Stringozzi Festival celebrated its 43rd edition in Casperia, in the province of Rieti, from July 31 to August 3. As per tradition, the Pro Loco of Casperia brought the historic center of the village to life with food stalls dedicated to stringozzi, served with ragù or plain, accompanied by grilled meats and Sabina wines. The evenings concluded with live ballroom music and dancing in the square, confirming the community's strong bond with its most iconic festival.
