Edition 2025 — Asparagus Fair

The 50th edition of the Asparagus Fair was held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, in Fubine Monferrato, in the Campi Cerrina area, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. An important milestone, half a century of history for the festival organized by the Pro Loco, featuring asparagus sales, themed menus, bouncy castles for children, and guided tours of the infernot and the village bell tower.

The 50th edition of the Asparagus Fair marked a special anniversary for Fubine Monferrato and its Pro Loco. On Sunday, May 4, 2025, in the Campi Cerrina area, the day was filled with food stalls featuring asparagus-themed menus, direct sales of the vegetable, and craft stands.

In addition to free bouncy castles for children and the shuttle train, the edition offered guided tours of the infernot and the Fubine bell tower, in a journey that combined gastronomy with the heritage of Monferrato. Admission was free.
