Asparago diVino

The 2025 edition of Asparago diVino in Vinchio (AT) celebrated the meeting of Saracen asparagus and Barbera from Monferrato. In the afternoon, a guided bike tour through the UNESCO hills departed from Piazza San Marco, followed by music and gastronomy in the evening.

Tastings were curated by the Vinchio and Vaglio Serra winery, the Brevi Pendii winery, and the Bricco San Giorgio estate, while food stalls featured participation from Bottega di Tof, Langa my love, the Comitato per Noche, and the Pro Loco associations of Montaldo Scarampi, Vaglio Serra, and Vinchio. The evening concluded with a concert by Anime in Plexiglass, a Ligabue tribute band.
