Edition 2025 — Asado Festival

The 2025 edition of the Asado Festival in Silvano d'Orba took place on Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the municipal sports fields. Organized by U.S.D. Silvanese, the festival celebrated a passion for charcoal-grilled meat, with Argentinian asado as the star, prepared according to the traditional slow-cooking technique. Both evenings featured live music in a welcoming and convivial atmosphere.

The 2025 edition

The 2025 Asado Festival was held in Silvano d'Orba on the evenings of Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12, at the Municipal Sports Field. For this edition as well, U.S.D. Silvanese brought back the Argentinian charcoal-grilled barbecue, the heart of the event, highlighting the traditional asado technique to enhance the flavor of the meat.

The two evenings were accompanied by live music and a family atmosphere, confirming the festival as one of the most appreciated gastronomic events of the summer in the Ovadese area, in the province of Alessandria.
