Edition 2025 — Perinaldo Artichoke Festival

In May 2025, Perinaldo celebrated the Gastronomic Review of the Artichoke and Extra Virgin Taggiasca Oil, with the Perinaldo artichoke (Slow Food Presidium) and Taggiasca DOP oil as protagonists among markets of typical products and food stalls in the village.

The 2025 edition confirmed the tradition of the Gastronomic Review of the Artichoke and Extra Virgin Taggiasca Oil in Perinaldo. The star was the Perinaldo artichoke, a Slow Food Presidium, paired with Taggiasca DOP oil, excellences of western Liguria.

Among the markets of typical products and food stalls with artichoke-based dishes, the review enlivened the historic centre of the village, confirming itself as one of the most appreciated food and wine events of spring in the Riviera dei Fiori.
