Edition 2025 — Perinaldo Artichoke Festival
The 2025 edition confirmed the tradition of the Gastronomic Review of the Artichoke and Extra Virgin Taggiasca Oil in Perinaldo. The star was the Perinaldo artichoke, a Slow Food Presidium, paired with Taggiasca DOP oil, excellences of western Liguria.
Among the markets of typical products and food stalls with artichoke-based dishes, the review enlivened the historic centre of the village, confirming itself as one of the most appreciated food and wine events of spring in the Riviera dei Fiori.
