Edition 2025 — Aromatica

The 12th edition of Aromatica animated Diano Marina in May 2025, confirming the festival as a benchmark event for the food and wine scene of western Liguria: producers, cooking shows, themed dinners, and tastings dedicated to aromatic herbs, oil, and wine from the Gulf of Dianese.

In 2025, Aromatica renewed its winning formula in the center of Diano Marina, with producer stalls, tasting areas, and cooking show stages. Thousands of visitors flocked to the event, always dedicated to aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil, wine, and the excellences of the Mediterranean diet.

The edition confirmed the role of the Golfo Dianese as a promotional network for the festival, capable of involving restaurants, chefs, and producers from the entire area in the celebration of the flavors of the Ponente.
