Edition 2025 — Arnad Lard Festival
The 2025 edition, the 52nd, was held from August 28 to 31 in Arnad, in the La Keya area, with free admission. The opening Thursday featured the Giuseppe and Mauro Fogu Memorial foot race, the inauguration, dinner with typical "à la mode d'Arnà" dishes, a taste workshop, and a DJ dance evening. In the following days, there were wellness and yoga sessions, further taste workshops with guest chefs, theatre performances, dance evenings, and on Sunday, the exhibition and sale of local products in the characteristic wooden huts, with an afternoon of folk music and the final dinner. Among the gastronomic offerings was zero-km artisanal ice cream from the Evançon dairy in blueberry, honey, and hazelnut flavours. The festival, organised by the Associazione Lo Doïl, confirmed its appeal with over 50,000 visitors from all over Europe, reinforcing Arnad's and the Aosta Valley region's role in promoting DOP lard.
