Edition 2025 — Aria di FVG

In the summer of 2025, Aria di Friuli Venezia Giulia celebrated Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP and the region's food and wine excellences in San Daniele del Friuli, with guided tastings, masterclasses, food stands, and area tours.

The 2025 edition of Aria di Friuli Venezia Giulia brought together food lovers in San Daniele del Friuli to celebrate Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP. In the historic centre, there were guided tastings, masterclasses pairing prosciutto with wines and denomination products, food stands, picnics, and tours of the town's attractions.

Organised by the Prosciutto di San Daniele Consortium with the support of the Region and PromoTurismoFVG, the event confirmed San Daniele's role as the capital of sweet cured ham and a showcase for the food and wine excellences of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
