Argentine Dance Slam Circuit - Grand Final (Italian DanceSport Tour)

The 2024-2025 season

Before adopting its current name, the national ranking circuit for Argentine dances promoted by Promodanza ASC was known as the CIDS Italian Cup. The structure was already well-established: multiple stages distributed across Italian territory, cumulative scores, and a ranking final that awarded absolute titles in the three Argentine dance specialties.

The competitions were recognized through sports promotion bodies affiliated with CONI and featured tango schools and associations from all over Italy, including A.S.D. Tanguedia in Rome, which has been preparing its competitors for the national circuit, the Italian Championship, and international events for years.

The transition to the Slam name brought with it the new format of the Grand Final with unified classes, hosted at the Club Porteño in the Municipality of Rome.
