Edition 2025 — Argentine Cow Festival
In 2025, the Argentine Cow Festival once again brought Argentine-style barbecued beef to Colle dell'Orso, in the mountains of Frosolone, during an August rich with festivals and feasts.
The 2025 edition of the Argentine Cow Festival was held as tradition dictates in August at Colle dell'Orso, on the Frosolone plateau (IS). Chefs cooked beef on large grills in the Argentine style, serving it outdoors in the mountain setting. The festival confirmed its place in the village's summer calendar, alongside the other gastronomic and craft events of August.
