Edition 2025 — Arenzano on the Road to Japan

Arenzano on the Road to Japan debuts in 2026. In 2025, the town, linked to the figure of engraver Edoardo Chiossone, hosted cultural initiatives and exhibitions that prepared the ground for the new event dedicated to the culture of the Land of the Rising Sun, in a territory always attentive to the valorization of its artistic heritage.

The event Arenzano on the Road to Japan officially begins in 2026. In previous years, Arenzano cultivated its connection with Japanese culture — starting with the figure of fellow citizen Edoardo Chiossone, a protagonist of late 19th-century Japanese graphics — through cultural initiatives and exhibitions. This journey led to the creation of the new event, designed to make the town on the Genoese Riviera di Ponente a meeting point between Italy and Japan.
