The third edition of Archi d'Estate took place in San Biagio Platani from August 3 to 20, 2025, along Corso Umberto I. The inauguration, held on August 3 at 9:00 PM with the ribbon-cutting by Mayor Salvatore Di Bennardo, opened a path of ephemeral art installations created using techniques and materials from the Easter Arches tradition, reinterpreted in a contemporary key by local artists and artisans.

Archi d'Estate 2025 — the third edition

From August 3 to 20, 2025, Corso Umberto I in San Biagio Platani hosted the third edition of Archi d'Estate, inaugurated on August 3 at 9:00 PM with the ribbon-cutting by Mayor Salvatore Di Bennardo. The event, funded by the PNRR as part of the RiGenerAzioni Archi di Piano 2030 project, transformed the village's main street into a path of ephemeral art.

Among the most evocative installations: Sicilia intra na coffa, a monumental 'coffa' (traditional basket) guarding agricultural memory; Lu cuntu di pani e di pupi, a puppet theater dedicated to the epic of the Pupi; Himne à la vie, a celebration of motherhood; La foresta delle farfalle, a staircase transformed into a message of peace for children; NinphArt, a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional nymph; Lu carretto siciliano; Mappamondo a spigolo vivo, a reflection on discrimination; and Red shoes for life, against gender-based violence. The works were accompanied by talks, concerts, and tastings of typical products from the Platani Valley.
