Aprile Varzese

In 2025, Aprile Varzese celebrated its 22nd edition from April 23 to May 4, confirming its status as the most important event of the year for Varzo and the entire Val Divedro. The program revolved around the 15th edition of the Donkey Palio, with team presentations, the children's Palio, and the main race, accompanied by the solemn Mass and the procession of Saint George. Highlights included the Alpini Group's azalea sale, the Parish's charity raffle, the OVARUN TRAIL on May 1st, and the Saint George Markets on May 4th. Under the Piazzale Trieste marquee, local cuisine featuring Cuchela and Pasta Rustia was served alongside musical evenings with tributes to Queen, ABBA, and 883.
