Edition 2025 — Pansarola Festival

In 2025, the Pansarola and Zabaglione Festival once again enlivened Apricale in September, with the tasting of the sweet fritter prepared by the village women and accompanied by zabaglione. The festival, active since 1962, confirmed its role as a delicious and identity-affirming event in the narrow streets of one of Italy's most beautiful villages.

The 2025 edition of the Pansarola and Zabaglione Festival renewed the delicious tradition in Apricale that has celebrated the village's iconic dessert since 1962.
