Edition 2025 — API LAB EXPERIENCE

The summer of 2025 marked the launch of the ApiLab project by the Val Rendena Beekeepers Association in Strembo, featuring the first immersive experiences dedicated to the world of bees. At Maso Doss, visitors were able to participate in rhododendron honey extraction workshops, apiary listening sessions, and guided tastings, laying the foundation for the program expanded in 2026.

2025 Edition

In 2025, the Val Rendena Beekeepers Association launched ApiLab, the new outreach project dedicated to alpine beekeeping in Strembo, Val Rendena. The first summer experiences brought tourists and families to Maso Doss to discover the work of beekeepers up close.

The program included honey-extraction workshops with the preparation of a jar of rhododendron honey, listening to the humming of bees in the apiary, and guided sensory tastings. The initiative highlighted the bond between the western Trentino territory, the nature of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, and local beekeeping traditions.
