Edition 2025 — AperOlivi – La Fett'unta

The 2025 edition of AperOlivi – La Fett'unta 2.0 took place over four evenings, June 21-22 and 27-28, in the ancient olive grove of Vico in Montecatini Alto. From 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, guests collected baskets with fett'unta, cured meats, cheeses, panzanella, porchetta, and dessert, then dined while lying among the olive trees. There were also tastings of extra virgin olive oil with Slow Food Valdinievole, Chianti Montalbano wines, and live music.

In 2025, AperOlivi – La Fett'unta 2.0 enlivened the olive grove in the Vico area, in Montecatini Alto, over four evenings (June 21-22 and 27-28), from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Organized by the Fratres Group of Montecatini Alto with Slow Food Valdinievole, the event offered the usual picnic basket with Tuscan flavors, the OIL BAR for oil tastings, the wine stand of the Cantina Cooperativa Chianti Montalbano, and live music, in addition to displays by local artisans. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus upon reservation and free admission for children aged 0-5 were confirmed.
