AperiWine — The Piacentino Aperitif (Autumn Edition)

The First Edition of AperiWine

The event debuted on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in the historic center of Castel San Giovanni and its adjacent streets. The formula involved twelve venues in the city — including bars and wine shops — paired with twelve wineries from the Colli Piacentini.

Visitors had the opportunity to meet wine producers, sip original cocktails made with wines from the Colli Piacentini paired with typical DOP, De.Co., and PAT products, and creative dishes. The event, organized by the Municipality of Castel San Giovanni with the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli Piacentini and the Associazione Sette Colli di Ziano, under the patronage of the Consorzio Vini DOC dei Colli Piacentini, was a success that led to its repetition in subsequent seasons.
