Edition 2025 — AperiGrill

In 2025, AperiGrill once again enlivened the late May evenings on the hills of Fara Novarese. The FaraDoc association offered its aperitif with a barbecue in the vineyard at sunset, an opportunity to discover the wines of the Novara Hills in a convivial setting among the vines, with mandatory booking and limited spots.

The 2025 edition of AperiGrill took place at the end of May among the vineyards of Fara Novarese, in the province of Novara. As per tradition, the FaraDoc cultural association offered evenings of aperitifs and open-air barbecues at dusk, with wines from the Novara Hills territory taking center stage.

The event confirmed the informal and convivial formula that has led to its success: an experience immersed in the Piedmontese agricultural landscape, designed to showcase local production and create moments of meeting for enthusiasts. For 2025 as well, spots were limited and booking was mandatory.
