AperiCuore - Youth Social Festival

A festival that speaks to young people

AperiCuore is much more than a party: it's a traveling social festival that each year involves the municipalities of the Miranese and Alta Padovana areas — Scorzè, Trebaseleghe, Noale, and Martellago, in the province of Venice — around themes such as youth distress, disability, inclusion, and participation. Organized by the association AperiGiovani, officially founded in 2024 following a path started years earlier with the Fondazione Cuore Livio Mazzonetto Onlus, it has become a reference event for Venetian youth volunteering.

Sport, therapy, and fun

The program alternates moments of awareness-raising and practical activities: moto-therapy and pet-therapy, creative workshops for young people from day centers, the Guidabilità project that brings people with disabilities into the world of engines, the Social Circus, and the Games without Borders between the associations of the four municipalities. The evening makes way for music, DJ sets, and street food, in a balance between commitment and celebration that is the hallmark of the festival.

The Martellago stop

Martellago is particularly involved in the Games without Borders, which challenge local associations in an inclusive competition. The festival, with free admission or a symbolic contribution, thus builds a community network among the municipalities of the Miranese, demonstrating how sport and solidarity can become tools for growth for an entire generation.
