Edition 2025 — Antichi Sapori

The 2025 edition of Antichi Sapori took place on Monday, 11 August, from 8:00 PM until midnight, across Piazza Vera D'Aragona, Piazza Cesare Battisti, and Villa Paradiso in Ischitella. An evening dedicated to the taste of the Gargano at zero kilometres, with food stalls, specialities prepared according to ancient recipes, and a folk music concert that brought the historic town squares to life.

The Antichi Sapori 2025 festival was held on 11 August in Ischitella, from 8:00 PM to midnight, in the squares of the historic centre. The event, organised by the Pro Loco Uria with the Universal Civil Service, the PMI 1995 association, the Le Radici cultural centre, and the patronage of the Municipality of Ischitella, UNPLI, and Pro Loco Puglia, brought the authentic taste of the Gargano to the town squares.

Visitors were able to taste Ischitella specialities prepared according to ancient zero-kilometre recipes, between Piazza Vera D'Aragona, Piazza Cesare Battisti, and Villa Paradiso, accompanied by folk music and dancing in an atmosphere of great conviviality.
