ANSPI Terra Ionica Carnival

In February 2025, the ANSPI Terra Ionica Carnival celebrated its third edition, consolidating an event that has become highly anticipated in the Taranto hinterland. Organized by the ANSPI San Giuseppe dal Cuore Castissimo oratory and club, the event maintained its itinerant nature, enlivening the centers of Monteiasi, San Giorgio Ionico, and Monteparano with carnival parades.

Allegorical floats, masked groups, music, and dancing accompanied families along the streets of the three towns in a festive atmosphere that was free and open to all. As in other editions, the Carnival promoted a sense of community and inclusion, involving local associations and entities from the Ionian territory in the province of Taranto.
