ANPI Provincial Festival of Rome

The 2nd ANPI Provincial Festival of Rome took place from June 6 to 8, 2025, at Villa Lazzaroni (Via Appia Nuova 522), in the 7th Municipality of the capital, under the slogan «Rome, free and anti-fascist».

The event opened on Friday in the Sala della Cultura with Marina Pierlorenzi, President of the ANPI Provincial Committee of Rome, together with representatives of the national ANPI and city institutions, and with the inauguration of the exhibition «Il Secolo Resistente» and the presentation of the Roman Resistance Calendar. In the following days, debates alternated on the centrality of labor, denied rights, constitutional themes, and the Palestinian question, with the participation of historians and journalists, while the evenings hosted concerts in the villa's park. An edition that confirmed the festival as a reference point for Roman anti-fascism, between the memory of the Resistance and commitment to current issues.
