Edition 2025 — Annifo Lentil Festival

In August 2025, Annifo once again hosted its mid-summer festival, with the Lentil Festival and 7 Days in the Mountains. Every evening, the inn offered a menu based on local lentils, accompanied by card game tournaments and dance orchestras, while during the day excursions explored the trails of the Plestini Plateaus.

The 2025 edition of the Annifo Lentil Festival and 7 Days in the Mountains confirmed the charm of the summer festival of the mountain village of Foligno. On the Plestini Plateaus, on the border between Umbria and Marche, the inhabitants welcomed visitors with the authenticity of mountain cuisine.

The inn opened every evening with a menu dedicated to local lentils; there were also the usual card game tournament, dance orchestras, and daytime excursions on the mountain trails of Foligno, in a festival that combines gastronomy, music, and nature.
