Angri, a Summer to Experience

"Estate ad Angri" 2025: the widespread city

The 2025 edition of the summer program of the Municipality of Angri, in the province of Salerno, was titled "Estate ad Angri" and focused openly on diffusion: over 25 initiatives distributed not only in the centre, but also in Piazzale Lazio, in the park of Via Santa Maria, in the Avagliana neighbourhood, in Via Satriano, and in Piazza Annunziata, with four evenings of cinema under the stars in the Villa Comunale.

The program alternated Neapolitan theatre and comedy — "Messi-cani" by Antonio Grimaldi, "Nisciuno nasce 'mparato" by Amedeo Colella, the tribute to Sergio Bruni with Michele Placido — with many musical evenings, from the candlelight concert of "Ti illumino d'immenso" to the Duo Aires in "Cantar d'amore", from the Candle Castle Jazz to the Peppe Iodice Show. Great space for families, with water parties in the Villa Comunale, LegoLab, and themed villages for children.

The tail end of the season was concentrated at Castello Doria, with three evenings: on August 28, the tribute "Volevo essere Peppino Di Capri" with Iacentino Di Cresce and the voice of Rosy Busiello, on September 11 "Serenata d'Argento", between music, tradition, and popular memory, and on September 14 "The stars above the sky of Angri". In 2026, the festival was relaunched with the new name "Angri, a Summer to Experience" and the "Angricultura" brand.
