Edition 2025 — Andria Suona Jazz

The 2025 edition of Andria Suona Jazz took place from July 18 to 20, featuring three high-level evenings across the Cloister of San Francesco, La Guardiola, and Castel del Monte. The festival concluded with a solo piano concert by world jazz legend Kenny Barron under the stars of the Frederickian fortress. Artistic direction by Patty Lomuscio and Stefano Porziotta.

The 2025 edition of Andria Suona Jazz, part of the R*Estate ad Andria program and promoted by the Municipality of Andria with the support of Puglia Culture, offered three evenings spread across the city's most beautiful locations. It opened on July 18 at the Cloister of San Francesco with the tribute "Dedicated to Nancy Wilson", continued on July 19 at La Guardiola with the "Unaware Beauty" project, and concluded on July 20 at the foot of Castel del Monte with the great pianist Kenny Barron in a solo performance. The artistic direction was curated by Patty Lomuscio and Stefano Porziotta.

Sunday, July 20 — Castel del Monte (8:30 PM)

Kenny Barron — Piano Solo. The legendary American pianist, one of the greatest masters of world jazz, in a solo concert under the stars of the Frederickian fortress, a UNESCO site.

The solo piano concert by Kenny Barron, a living legend of world jazz, at the foot of Castel del Monte — offered with free admission upon reservation.

Prices

The Kenny Barron concert at Castel del Monte (July 20) was free with mandatory reservation, subject to availability (online booking, maximum two tickets per order). To reach the castle, a parking service was provided at the CAT square (formerly Parco degli Svevi) for 3 euros, including a shuttle service.
