Edition 2025 — Andria Carnival

The 2025 edition, titled "Carnival of Peace — Builders of Peace", marked the return of the Andria city parade after about twelve years. On Tuesday, March 4, the procession of costumed groups crossed the center to Piazza Catuma, where the final party took place with a special guest: Andria athlete Francesco Fortunato, a world race-walking record holder.

The 2025 Andria Carnival, themed around Peace with the slogan "Builders of Peace", marked the restart of the great Andria city parade after a long hiatus. The procession, gathering at the Palasport on Viale Germania, traveled along Via Barletta, Via Ferrucci, Piazza Umberto I, Via Bovio, and Porta Castello to Piazza Catuma, the heart of the final party featuring performances by the costumed groups.

Numerous local entities took part in the parade, including the Istituto Suore Piccole Operaie del Sacro Cuore, the Santissima Trinità Parish, the Sant'Andrea Apostolo Parish, and the "Riccardo Cotugno", "Imbriani-Salvemini", and "Jannuzzi" comprehensive schools. A special guest at the party in the square was the Andria athlete Francesco Fortunato, a world race-walking record holder. In case of rain, the event was scheduled to be postponed to Sunday, March 9.
