Edition 2025 — Morozzo Capon Fair

The 80th edition of the Ancient National Capon Fair of Morozzo took place on Sunday, December 14, and Monday, December 15, 2025. An important milestone for the Cuneo event dedicated to Italy's first Slow Food meat Presidium, featuring breeder exhibitions, competitions, traditional dining, local markets, music, and entertainment in the center of Morozzo.

The 2025 edition marked the 80th National Capon Fair of Morozzo, scheduled for Sunday, December 14, and Monday, December 15, 2025. The festivities were preceded on Friday, December 12, by the traditional Alpine dinner under the heated marquee, organized by the Morozzo Alpini group.

The highlight day, Sunday the 14th, opened at 10:00 AM with an inauguration accompanied by the Filarmonica Morozzese. At noon, the Dining with the Capon lunch featured traditional dishes prepared by local Pro Loco associations, while the afternoon saw performances by the Flag-wavers of Cherasco and the awards ceremony for the best pairs of capons. Throughout the fair, the large traditional market and the exhibition of capons and poultry brought the town center to life.
