Edition 2025 — Guinea Fowl Feast

In 2025, the Ancient Guinea Fowl Feast once again enlivened Arzerini di Brugine for three weekends between September and October. The heated gastronomic stand offered roasted and grilled guinea fowl, first courses with guinea fowl ragù, grills, and Vicentina-style cod every evening, with live music and ballroom dancing.

The 2025 edition of the Ancient Guinea Fowl Feast in Arzerini di Brugine confirmed the tried-and-tested formula over three weekends: every evening, the gastronomic stand featured guinea fowl as the star, along with traditional Venetian dishes and dancing evenings, coinciding with the feast of the Madonna del Rosario. The event attracted visitors from all over the lower Padua region.

Programme

The festival took place over three weekends between September and October, with evening opening of the gastronomic stand (roasted and grilled guinea fowl, bigoli and gnocchi with guinea fowl ragù, grills, stewed horse meat, Vicentina-style cod) and evenings of live music and ballroom dancing.
