Ancient Flavors and Traditions Festival

On August 30th and 31st, 2025, the historic center of Viticuso hosted a new edition of Ancient Flavors and Traditions, the festival that closes the summer of the small mountain village in the province of Frosinone. Among the village alleys, the rites of rural civilization were renewed, with the re-enactment of wheat threshing and sheep shearing, alongside stalls of local gastronomy and typical products.

The highlight of the evening was the concert by the Musical Cultural Association I Calanti, a historic pizzica group from Ugento, in Salento, which brought the rhythms and dances of the Apulian folk tradition to the heart of the Ciociaria, keeping the square dancing until late at night.
