Edition 2025 — Ancient Festival of San Martino

In 2025, the Ancient Festival of San Martino enlivened Velo d'Astico with the agricultural fair, a market exhibition of typical and artisanal products, a tractor parade, and the Gran Maronada with roasted chestnuts and wine. A traditional autumn festival that brought together the community of Alto Vicentino among the stalls and flavors of the region.

In 2025, the Ancient Festival of San Martino confirmed its role as the autumn event of Velo d'Astico, in the province of Vicenza. The program brought together the agricultural fair, a market exhibition of popular traditions and crafts, a tractor parade, music, and shows.

The heart of the day, as always, was the Gran Maronada with roasted chestnuts accompanied by wine. Organized by the Pro Loco of Velo d'Astico, the festival renewed a tradition deeply linked to the rural identity of the village, at the foot of the Piccole Dolomiti.
