Edition 2025 — Camellia Exhibition

The 36th edition of the Ancient Camellias of Lucchesia Exhibition was held over the four weekends of March 2025 in Pieve and Sant'Andrea di Compito (Capannori, LU), with 2,500 camellias in bloom, over 130 events, and more than 200 free guided tours included with the ticket.

The 36th edition of the Ancient Camellias of Lucchesia Exhibition enlivened the villages of Pieve and Sant'Andrea di Compito (Capannori) over the four weekends of March 2025, with about 2,500 camellias in bloom. The program featured over 130 events and more than 200 guided tours, all included in the ticket.

Highlights included concerts by the Giacomo Puccini Philharmonic of Colle di Compito, bonsai and photography exhibitions, historical re-enactments, tea ceremonies, and activities for children. The edition also hosted three competitions: two drawing contests (for adults and children) and the first camellia photography contest organized by the Compitese Photographic Group.

Prices

<p>Admission on exhibition days: 8 euros (free for people with disabilities, children up to 13, and journalists), shuttle service included. Parking and ticket office at the Frantoio sociale del Compitese (via di Tiglio 609A).</p>
