Edition 2025 — Balon Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Ancient Balon Carnival took place on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in Borgo Dora, Turin, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A day featuring markets, historical re-enactments, masquerade dances, and the parade of traditional masks Gianduja, Giacometta, and La Rusnenta through the streets of the district.

The 2025 edition of the Ancient Balon Carnival was held on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in Borgo Dora, Turin, with opening hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The market opened at 9:30 AM with antiques, vintage items, and artisanal products. At 11:00 AM, the historic masks—Gianduja, Giacometta, and La Rusnenta—paraded through the streets of the Borgo, meeting the public.

From 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, historical re-enactment groups performed, featuring dances, fencing, and flag-wavers, competing for the prize for the best performance. At 3:30 PM, the grand finale featured a parade of all groups accompanied by live music. The day also offered a guided tour (meeting point in front of the Sermig) and the Balon Photo Contest.
