The first edition of An Aromatic Sunday, the Spring Festival, was held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in Piazza Martiri della Libertà in Almese, in the province of Turin, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The event was born from the synergy between the Monte Musinè District, local businesses, and the associations of the municipalities of Almese, Caselette, and Villar Dora.

The program included stalls selling aromatic products and spices, the sensory workshops "Emotions through Scents", and the natural cosmetics micro-workshop "Where Chemistry and Nature Meet". There was also the guided excursion "An Excursion for the Senses – Almese through Scents and Landscapes" and a conference in the Council Chamber on Alpine aromatic herbs in Piedmontese and Susa Valley folk medicine. The day, favored by fine weather and an interested public, laid the foundations for future editions.
