Edition 2025 — Ambrosian Carnival
In 2025, the Ambrosian Carnival of Porlezza renewed the tradition of carnival according to the Ambrosian rite. The parade of floats, masks, and musical bands enlivened the historic center of the town, involving families and children in a day of celebration.
The event confirmed the territory's link with the Milanese cultural and religious area, a peculiarity that distinguishes Porlezza and the Porlezzese area, on Lake Ceresio, from the surrounding areas of the province of Como.
