Edition 2025 — Amastratino Carnival

In 2025, the Amastratino Carnival once again brought life to Mistretta during the Carnival season, confirming a tradition deeply felt by the Nebrodi community. The historic center streets were filled with masks, costume groups, music, and choreography, with the customary final parade during the peak days of the festival and the participation of all generations of the town.

Amastratino Carnival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Amastratino Carnival confirmed Mistretta's strong bond with its carnival tradition. During the festival days, the village's historic center, in the Nebrodi mountains in the province of Messina, came alive with costumed groups and individual masks parading in colorful outfits, accompanied by music and choreography.

As is customary, the event combined moments dedicated to children with gatherings for the entire community, in an atmosphere of joy and togetherness, culminating in the final parade during the Carnival days and keeping the Amastratino popular identity alive.
