Amalfi Summer Fest 2025: soul, jazz, and Neapolitan song in Piazza Duomo

The summer festival of the Municipality of Amalfi opened on Saturday 12 July 2025 with the Amalfi in Jazz section and the Amy Winehouse Band concert in Piazza Duomo, followed by Nina Zilli on 18 July and Roy Paci on 25 July. In August, the programme alternated between the classic Neapolitan music of the Napoli Mandolin Orchestra, with maestro Mauro Squillante, the Amalfi Dance Floor dance evening on 14 August, and the musical comedy of the Gemelli di Guidonia on 22 August in Piazza Municipio.

On 26 August, the Arsenale della Repubblica Marinara hosted Di Giacomo in the Mood, a tribute to Roberto De Simone, while 27 August featured a tribute to Jovanotti with the Jovaband. The closing, on 31 August in Piazza Duomo, was entrusted to the soul voice of Mario Biondi. As per the festival's tradition, all shows were free to attend, with the staircase of the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea used as a natural backdrop and architectural lighting illuminating the Cathedral's portico.
