Edition 2025 — ama - Wine Fair

In the summer of 2025, the historic center of Salorno hosted the wine events that characterize the town along the South Tyrol Wine Road. The winemaking vocation of the southernmost municipality of South Tyrol, in the province of Bolzano, was expressed through tasting evenings with local wineries, laying the groundwork for the "ama" wine fair proposed in 2026.

The 2025 wine season in Salorno

During the summer of 2025, Salorno sulla strada del vino confirmed its identity as a South Tyrolean wine town. Local wineries and those from the Südtirols Süden district welcomed visitors with tastings and initiatives dedicated to the white wines that make this stretch of the Wine Road famous, at the foot of Haderburg Castle.

The "ama" wine fair, held in the historic center with over 40 wineries from North and South Tyrol, represents the evolution of this food and wine tradition promoted by the Castelfeder Tourist Association, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region.
