Edition 2025 — Alto Cocktail Festival

The fourth edition of the Alto Cocktail Festival took place from June 23 to 28, 2025, on the terrace of ALTO Rooftop in Cervia, preceded by an opening party on June 22 and closed by a pool party with the renowned cocktail bar Maybe Sammy. Five evenings with a territorial theme featured guest chefs and bartenders in refined pairing experiences between haute cuisine, mixology, and pizza, under the direction of bar manager Niccolò Amadori.

Fourth Edition: A Journey Through Regions

The 2025 edition of the Alto Cocktail Festival, the fourth, was held in Cervia from June 23 to 28, with an opening party on June 22 and a closing event hosted by the Australians from Maybe Sammy, one of the most famous international cocktail bars, with an afternoon pool party.

Each evening was dedicated to an Italian region. At the restaurant, resident chef Andrea Vailati hosted five guest chefs and five bartenders, offering a five-course tasting menu paired with four cocktails; at the cocktail bar, five bartenders and five guest pizza-bar creators presented signature drinks accompanied by tapas and pizzas. Among the evening guests were representatives from Aguardiente and 'O Fiore Mio for Romagna, Ceresio 7 for Milan, as well as from Rome, the South, and Tuscany.
