Altedo Green Asparagus Festival IGP

The 56th edition of the Altedo Green Asparagus Festival IGP took place from May 8 to 22, 2025, in Altedo di Malalbergo (Bologna), marking the return of the event after five years. The festival, organized by the Organizing Committee together with the Region, the Municipality, the CSO, and the Asparagus IGP Consortium, re-proposed the proven formula: producers, events, concerts, exhibitions, and an evening dedicated to Miss Italy.

Among the events, the Rewind 90s evening in Piazza XXV Aprile and the Sunday markets with a pedestrianized street, stalls, musical performances, street shows, and entertainment for the little ones. The gastronomic heart, as tradition dictates, was the Altedo green asparagus IGP featured in Bolognese cuisine dishes.
