Alta Pusteria International Choir Festival - Kurpark Concert

2025 Edition — the 28th

The twenty-eighth edition of the Alta Pusteria International Choir Festival took place from June 11 to 15, 2025, drawing choirs from all over the world for about sixty concerts distributed across the numerous venues of the Alta Pusteria and Plan de Corones regions. Among the locations involved, Villabassa/Niederdorf hosted one of the concerts on the floating stage of the Kurpark, the spa park in the town center.

The concert on the lake, with free admission, confirmed the formula that makes this stage famous: choral voices spreading out in the open air over the water, with the backdrop of the Dolomite peaks. The repertoire ranged, according to the festival's non-competitive tradition, from folk and mountain songs to spirituals, from gospel to sacred and operatic pieces.
