Edition 2025 — Alta Badia Cocktail Week

The 2025 edition of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week took place from January 11 to 18, 2025, featuring eight evenings in eight valley venues. The two evenings in Corvara in Badia concluded the event: January 17 at the Bistrot of Hotel La Perla and January 18 at the Iceberg Lounge Bar, both featuring exceptional guest bartenders and signature alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks inspired by the Dolomites.

The 2025 Corvara evenings

During the 2025 edition of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week, Corvara in Badia hosted the two final evenings of the event.

On January 17, the seventh evening, the Bistrot at Hotel La Perla celebrated the seasons and natural aromas of Alta Badia with guest Cristiano Amantini (Terrazza Les Etoiles, Rome) and the drinks "Pine & Smoke" (gin, pine buds, hay milk, lemon) and the non-alcoholic "Alta Botanica" (Seedlip, green apple, cumin), with musical accompaniment by Ace of Clubs.

On January 18, the eighth and final evening, the Iceberg Lounge Bar closed the week with guest Francesco Melis (Casa Tobago, Milan) and the cocktails "Iceberg Paloma" (tequila, pink grapefruit, lime, agave, chili) and a non-alcoholic raspberry Clover Club, with a DJ set by MeMa.

  • Signature drink: Iceberg Paloma — tequila, pink grapefruit juice, fresh lime, agave syrup, chili
  • Non-alcoholic: Non-Alcoholic Clover Club — Tanqueray 0.0, lemon, syrup, egg white, fresh raspberries
  • Music: DJ MeMa
