Edition 2025 — Alpine Festival of Cocquio Trevisago
The 2025 Alpine Festival was held from Friday, August 1st to Sunday, August 3rd at Parco Clivio, on Via Broglio in Caldana di Cocquio-Trevisago. Friday opened at 7:30 PM with an alpine pizzoccheri dinner; on Saturday, from 7 PM, the food stall offered the great classics of mountain cuisine.
On Sunday, August 3rd at 10 AM, the gathering took place in Piazza del Noce in Caldana for the ceremony with flag-raising, parade of pennants and Alpini members, and Holy Mass, followed by the grand community lunch. Among the specialties of the three-day event: polenta with sausage and mushrooms, stew, and other traditional alpine dishes.
