2025 Edition
The fifth edition of the Alpenplus Ötzi Trailrun took place on Saturday, April 5, 2025, in Naturns, in the Vinschgau Valley (South Tyrol). About 650 runners tackled the Sunny Mountain Trail (30 km), the Skyrace Naturns (15 km), and the Just for Fun (8 km), while about 150 children took part in the VIP Apple Kids Run.
In the Sunny Mountain Trail, Daniel Pattis (2h43'33") won the men's category and Anna Plattner the women's; the Skyrace was won by Alberto Vender and Anna Hofer. There was great interest in the participation of biathlete Dorothea Wierer in the non-competitive race, confirming the event's popular appeal.
