On August 11 and 12, 2025, Piazza San Quintino, in front of the Mother Church of Alliste, hosted the summer edition of the Flower Festival created by the volunteers and artists of the Associazione Infiorata Felline. The theme chosen for the year, "The truth will set you free" (Gospel of John 8:32), inspired the floral panels of the long petal carpet.

Alongside the ephemeral artwork, the program offered an artistic path through the compositions, live music, tastings of typical Salento products, and workshops for families. Among the novelties of the year was the #InfiorataAlliste2025 photo contest with artisanal prizes. The highlight was the "Pizzica in Fiore" evening on August 12 at 10:00 PM, featuring a musical procession from Piazza San Quintino to Piazza Terra, animated by the overwhelming energy of the group Tammurria.
